We provide convenient delivery services, with all orders shipped via DPD courier.

Within the Netherlands: Free delivery on all orders.

Belgium & Germany: Flat-rate shipping fee of €8.

Other regions: If you require delivery to countries/regions outside the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany, please contact our customer service via email at info@bonpapier.nl before placing your order to confirm the exact shipping cost and delivery time.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Deliveries to remote areas or islands may take slightly longer. Detailed tracking information will be provided by DPD once your order has been shipped.

Product Returns
Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect the goods carefully upon receipt. If you find the items damaged during transit, or if they do not match the model/specification you ordered, please contact us via email at info@bonpapier.nl within 3 business days of delivery, and include relevant photos to explain the situation.
Return Conditions & Process
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us in advance by email to obtain a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.
When returning items, please ensure:

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and documents.

Clearly mark the return authorization number we provided on the outside of the shipping box.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for the return, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
